  For the photoshoots I am going to gather some friends to model outfits that will be showcased in the magazine. Some  of the shooting locations I have in mind are Sarasota downtown, Siesta Key  and  backyards with nature scenery.  All the outfits will be clothes that my friends own for budget  and sizing  purposes .  Neutral and medium shot angles will be utilized during the photoshoot process.  T hese camera angles will  draw attention to the outfits displayed, it will also help to not distract the viewer from the main focus  of the pictures.  Any props used will be simple, such as drink cups or  purses/handbags . Props like these will create a casual atmosphere that go well with the tone of the magazine.   My feature article revolves around the topic of fast fashion and how to counter-act its negative effects. Two young female  entrepreneurs will be introduced to explain  how to bridge the gap between idea and action. From there, these young women’s small businesses will be discussed to further explore the  benefits of shopping locally. The two ladies I have in mind are Kennedi Buchanan and Sh a yleen Palacios.  Shay is the owner of Shays Closet ,  a home-based business where she sells trendy thrifted clothing.  She buys outfits from local thrift stores and then proceeds to sell them through her  website for very cheap and affordable prices.    When  recounting  my storyboarding  experience,  I realized while time-consuming it was not  extremely  difficult. At times the task became challengin g;   having  to consider every possible detail,  plan n ing  meticulously to ensure a   high-quality  final product  was quite arduous . I  did,  however, fin d that I enjoy planning out the design and aesthetics of the magazine. Choosing a color scheme, typography, and photo placement  was an entertaining endeavor. The storyboard truly helped me develop my concept, the visual element allowed me to actually see the changes I wanted to make.   From this exercise I learned of the importance of effectively planning  for a project  beforehand .
