Masthead: I am not fully decided yet but for now the title of this magazine will be “Chic Wear.” 


Main Image: Average teenage girl styled with local designed wardrobe to appeal to a wide audience. Front cover will be collage styled with a simplistic design including splashes of bold colors. The central color scheme will be made up of sage green, beige/brown, and champagne pink; these neutral tones are trending this season.  


Selling Line: insight into new unique looks 


Typography/ Font: “Abadi Extra Light” will be used for main passages and articles, “Britannic Bold” will be used for titles, and “Onyx” will be used for subheadings or small captions. 


Feature Article Title/ Content/ Image: My feature article will first address the issue of fast fashion in today's world. Then it will go on to explain how you can help prevent further damage to the environment, by either shopping locally or thrifting. This next part of the article will focus on a local designer’s small business. It will discuss their upcoming and how their business is doing in the vast fashion world. The interview will also include a brief exposition on how this pandemic affected their business. Images of trendy outfits and small business owners will be included.


Content Page Styling/ Article Title Ideas: Fast Fashion: A Growing Issue, this article will discuss the negative effects of fast fashion from ethical and environmental perspectives. How to be a Baddie on a Budget is an article dedicated to giving helpful fashion tips and advice for teenagers. It will provide great wardrobe ideas and beauty tricks all while on a budget.

Title Sequence Clip Review

    I never used to pay attention to the  opening  titles  sequences of films until now ; or  about  the amount of work  that goes into producing  them .  An impactful opening scene has many components such as, typography, audio, and visual effects.  After viewing various title sequence  clips , I have come to realize the importance of properly introducing a film.    For example, in the  film Apocalypse Now ,  destruction and fire are  occurring   all the while the song The End is playing in the background  along with the sound of pounding helicopters.  The scene moves back and forth from close ups of Willard  to shots of  the ceiling fan  blending into helicopter blades.
